Standard artwork check included
For every order, we make sure your templates are suitable for printing free of charge. If any alterations need to be made, we inform you by email.
Artwork acceptance until 12pm
Take your time. Send your printing data by 12pm on a working day and that day will be considered a production day.
Order your product with 0% VAT
Flyers, folded leaflets and brochures can be offered VAT free under certain conditions. You can select VAT in the calculation in the Service section.

Print templates & instructions
Would you like detailed information on how to create print data correctly or are you looking for the right template for your product? No problem! On the calculation page you will find all the information you need to create your data correctly. You will find general instructions for your print data under the following link.
Shipping and payment
On the order options page, you can select all the details relating to your order.
1 - Change your billing address or create a new one. If you have selected the ‘Reseller delivery’ option, you can select a different sender address here.
2 - Select the delivery address(es) to which your products will be sent.
3 - You can choose from various payment methods.
Check order
On the order overview page you will find a summary of all information relating your order. Here you can:
- enter a voucher code
- change the payment method
- choose a project name
- change and delete items
- change delivery address(es)
Redeem voucher
At the top of the order overview page you will find the option to redeem a voucher.
Please note that it is not possible to combine discounts and voucher codes.
Upload data
At SAXOPRINT you can upload your data directly after placing your order. If you still need some time, you can conveniently submit your print data at any time in your customer area. For a better overview, we have compiled all the necessary information for you under the link below.
Branded or Neutral Product Samples
Our product samples give you a good overview of our products and the selection of materials available to you. If you are a reseller, you also have the opportunity to impress your customers with the quality of our products thanks to the neutral sample versions.
